Bronze · £55 — Safety check & tune
- Visual frame, fork and component safety inspection
- Tyres checked for wear and damage; pressures set
- Wheels checked for security, play and obvious damage
- Brakes inspected and adjusted; pads and braking surfaces checked
- Gears checked and adjusted; chain checked and lubricated
- Headset and bottom bracket checked for play
- Essential fasteners checked
- Short test ride where safe, with written advisories
Inspection and minor adjustment only. Component removal, deep cleaning, parts and additional repairs are not included.
Silver · £85 — Essential annual service
- Everything in the Bronze service
- External drivetrain cleaned and lubricated
- Chain, cassette and chainrings checked for wear
- Gear indexing and cable tension adjusted
- Brake pads and braking surfaces inspected
- Headset, hubs and bottom bracket checked more thoroughly
- Minor wheel truing
- Full safety check and service record
Routine annual maintenance. Component removal, bearing overhauls, parts and replacement-part labour are not included.
Gold · £125 — Comprehensive service
- Everything in the Silver service
- Deeper drivetrain and component cleaning
- Wheels checked and trued where reasonably serviceable
- Serviceable bearings adjusted
- Brake rotors cleaned and checked
- Routine replacement components fitted when authorised
- Drivetrain set up after authorised parts are fitted
- Extended test ride and detailed condition report
Parts, fluids, hydraulic bleeding, seized components, internal cable routing and specialist repairs are quoted separately.
Diamond · £195 — Full overhaul
- Everything in the Gold service, plus:
- Major bicycle strip-down, deep clean and careful rebuild
- Serviceable headset, hub and bottom-bracket bearings cleaned, greased and adjusted
- Standard brake and gear cables replaced where required
- Both hydraulic brakes bled where fitted and required
- Standard brake fluid included
- Drivetrain fully set up and wheels checked
- Critical fasteners checked to the correct torque
- Comprehensive test ride, report and return handover
Replacement parts, suspension servicing, electrical e-bike work and unusually seized or damaged components are not included.
Individual repairs and chain waxing are also available in the booking form. E-bike work covers mechanical components.
Collection and return
Scheduled-day collection and return: £10 up to 3 road miles, £15 over 3–5 road miles and £25 over 5–10 road miles from our base. Beyond 10 miles or separately timed trips are quoted individually. The fee includes both collection and return, charged once per address/booking. Additional bikes travelling together are included where van capacity allows. Dates, time windows and the final charge are agreed before booking.
