Crankline Cycle Works uses your contact details, collection address, bicycle details and repair requests to arrange and carry out work, keep service records and provide invoices and receipts.
Booking requests are reviewed by the workshop before an appointment is confirmed. Your information is stored using our website hosting provider, OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers. We do not use booking details to send marketing messages without permission.
Customer links provide access to that customer's repair and billing information. Keep your link private. Contact us immediately if it is shared by mistake so we can revoke it.
We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service and meet record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information; some financial records may need to be retained.
